W Real Estate Investments S.A. is a property holding company founded by Yiannis Sarantitis in 2005, which operates in the Greek real estate market. It owns a diversified real estate portfolio targeting both income and capital appreciation including office buildings, retail outlets, residential assets as well as beachfront land throughout the Greek territory. The company is managed by highly skilled professionals on different levels that oversee its investments and its operations. The income producing portfolio consists primarily of commercial property maintaining long-term lease agreements with major corporate tenants (Praktiker, Carrefour, Schindler, McDonalds), but also residential real estate.
